Order Cancellation Policy

At The Classics Fit, we prioritize customer care and are dedicated to offering high-quality products and outstanding service. To enhance your experience, we have introduced an Order Cancellation Policy.

How to Cancel Your Order

If you wish to cancel a recent order, please confirm your request via email or phone. Once confirmed, you will have 24 hours to verify your identity. If the cancellation request is submitted within this time frame, we will cancel your order and refund the full amount to your original payment method.

If the cancellation request is made after 48 hours, we will refund 50% of the order amount, with the remaining balance deducted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations after 3 days, as our processing time is typically 3-4 days, making it impossible to cancel at that stage.

Orders placed for the 'Make to Order' size can only be canceled before production begins. Once we have contacted the customer for measurements and the production process has started, the order cannot be canceled.

Cancellation During Shipment

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and is en route to the destination, we are unable to cancel it. However, if you still wish to return the product, you may take advantage of our 14-day return policy. Under this policy, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt for a refund, in accordance with our return guidelines.
