Returns Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Changes of mind are not eligible for refunds post-confirmation.
- Refunds are not applicable if the ordered size aligns with our sizing specifications.
- Orders for the 'Make to Order' size are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:
- Contact our customer service team via email at hello@theclassicsfit.com to initiate the return process.
- Share your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant documents or images.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We suggest using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item is returned safely.
Inspection and Approval:
- Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting the 10% restocking fee, within 7 business days.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) minus any shipping fees.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
- Provide clear images of the damaged or defective item for our records.
