Returns Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Changes of mind are not eligible for refunds post-confirmation.
  • Refunds are not applicable if the ordered size aligns with our sizing specifications.
  • Orders for the 'Make to Order' size are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

  • Contact our customer service team via  email at hello@theclassicsfit.com to initiate the return process.
  • Share your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant documents or images.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We suggest using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item is returned safely.

Inspection and Approval:

  • Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting the 10% restocking fee, within 7 business days.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) minus any shipping fees.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
  • Provide clear images of the damaged or defective item for our records.
